How to activate customization service after placing an order?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we currently offer free shipping on all orders of $88 and above, and a flat shipping fee of $10 for orders below $88. (If the freight is modified, we will contact you in time)

How long does it take for the order to be delivered?
The products are all customized and the production time and craftsmanship of each piece are different. You can keep in touch with us and follow the production progress of the products at all times. We will provide express delivery information as soon as possible after shipment.
Return and exchange policy
Since each piece is custom-made, each pet is unique and cannot be resold. Therefore, after you confirm the customized style after placing the order, we will not accept exchanges or returns for any reason. Please place your order with caution and hope you understand.

Is the donation drive for stray animals real?
